In an effort to help students prepare for the upcoming fall semester, all OTC locations will be open Saturday, Aug. 15 and 22 from 9 a.m. to noon. Student services staff will be available at each campus and center to assist students with last-minute admissions, enrollment, advising, financial aid and student accounts services.
Student services staff will also expand their weekday availability starting Aug. 3. The OTC Springfield Campus will be open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. Beginning Aug. 17, the campus will remain open until 6 p.m. every Monday–Thursday until Aug. 28.
Throughout the month of August, OTC’s Richwood Valley, Table Rock, Republic, Lebanon and Waynesville locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. The OTC Bookstore will also operate with extended hours. A complete list of bookstore hours and locations is available at otcbookstore.com.
New this year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, students also have the opportunity to connect with OTC staff via students.otc.edu/support. At this link, students can schedule Zoom appointments, Live Chat, call or request resources from all OTC support services including admissions, advising, financial aid, student accounts services, career services and information technology.
OTC’s fall semester begins Aug. 24 with both seated and online course offerings. Masks are required at every OTC campus or center. The college’s return-to-campus plan can be found online at otc.edu/covid.
