Meet Dr. Tracy McGrady, OTC provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs. Dr. McGrady handles all things academic-related at OTC, and she’ll be serving up your favorite Starbucks drinks on Tuesday, March 28 from 10-11 a.m.

1. If you were a Starbucks drink, what would you be and why?
A grande dark roast with cream, one Splenda, and an espresso shot. That’s my go-to order—and it’s just like me: consistent and uncomplicated but with an occasional burst of energy.
2. If you could be anywhere in the world drinking your favorite Starbucks drink, where would you be and why?
Ireland. Sitting on a cliff overlooking the ocean. With a Starbucks in hand. That would be the trifecta.
3. What’s your favorite thing about OTC (besides the fact that we have a Starbucks)?
My favorite thing about OTC is that there is no way I can pick only one favorite thing about OTC.
