The Ozarks Technical Community College Richwood Valley Campus in Christian County will reopen on Monday, July 20 after being closed July 10–17 due to a power outage.
On Thursday, July 9, a vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 14 crashed and damaged electrical equipment that supplied power to the Richwood Valley campus.
After extensive repairs, power has been restored to the campus. Normal class schedules will resume on Monday, July 20, and administrative offices will be open.
Students interested in registering for fall classes may do so at any OTC location or online at otc.edu/register. The fall semester begins Aug. 17.
