Reggie Hoskins joins workforce development staff

Reggie Hoskins has joined the staff at the Ozark Technical Community College’s Center for Workforce Development as business manager-workforce specialist.

Hoskins spent nearly 30 years at Kraft Foods and Oscar Mayer Foods before coming to OTC.

“We are extremely lucky to have Reggie join our team. His years experience in Missouri’s job training programs along with extensive manufacturing background will round out our business solutions job training programs,” said Dawn Busick, executive director of the center.

Hoskins will oversee a variety of programs that will offer businesses solutions that will help them sustain, grow and become more competitive. Specific training will include Succession Planning, Lean Solutions, OSHA, Priority Management, Leadership, and Basics for your Bottom Line.
