OTC to offer Late Start courses beginning Sept. 3

Ozarks Technical Community College is offering Late Start courses, which are classes that begin after the semester is already under way, for those students who may have missed the start of the semester.

“The Late Start option gives our students the opportunity to get the courses they need, even if they enroll after the standard classes are full,” said Dr. Hal Higdon, chancellor of Ozarks Technical Community College.  “This program is a great example of the flexibility available at a community college and of the ways we work to meet the needs of our students.”

The Late Start classes meet for 14 weeks beginning Sept. 3.  More than 20 courses are available in a wide variety of programs in science, English, psychology and more. Late Start courses are available at the OTC Springfield Campus and through OTC Online.
