Ozarks Technical Community College will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, April 5, at 12 p.m. at the site of the new OTC Waynesville Center, 600 GW Lane Street in Waynesville. Parking will be available next to the groundbreaking site at the Waynesville VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. The public is invited to attend.
“The growing enrollment at the current OTC Waynesville Center has made it clear that more course offerings, more space, and more services are all needed in Waynesville,” said Dr. Hal Higdon, chancellor of Ozarks Technical Community College. “We are excited to partner with the City of Waynesville on this new facility, and the opportunities it will bring to the Pulaski County area.”
The new building will open its doors to students in March of 2013. In the meantime, classes will continue at the current location in the Town Field Plaza Center, 320 Ichord Avenue.
