Ozarks Technical Community College has named Nabholz Construction as the contractor for work to be done at the College’s new facilities in Lebanon. The construction firm will provide work on the parking area as well as infill of the $2.6 million buildings, donated by Reuben and Mary Lou Casey of San Clemente, Calif., in December of 2009.
The plan to seek funding for the necessary construction was approved by the College’s Board of Trustees in June of 2010. Bids were reviewed and Nabholz Construction, with a bid of approximately $3.1 million, was awarded the contract at the September meeting of the Board.
The facilities will be divided into rooms that will eventually become classrooms, offices, computer labs, student spaces and more. The construction is expected to begin in October of 2010; completion is projected for June of 2011.
