Ozarks Technical Community College invites residents of the greater Table Rock Lake area to meet Cliff Davis, the new president of the OTC Table Rock Campus. The college will host a “Meet the President” event at the Table Rock campus on Thursday, Nov. 13 from 4:30-6 p.m.

The OTC Table Rock Campus opened its doors to students in August of 2013. Davis assumed his role as president on Nov. 1, 2014. He previously served as OTC’s vice chancellor for advancement, student affairs, strategic planning, and as executive director of the OTC Foundation for 10 years. Davis was also a member of the OTC Board of Trustees from 1994-2004.

“A strong community will almost always have a strong community college,” said Davis. “We are fortunate to have a state-of-the-art community college in the greater Table Rock Lake area. I look forward to expanding the reach of the OTC Table Rock Campus and creating more educational opportunities for students in the coming years.”

Before joining OTC, Davis served as the assistant to the vice president for student affairs and the assistant to the president/director of governmental relations at Missouri State University. Prior to his employment at Missouri State, he served as the vice president of community development and director of Leadership Springfield for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.

Davis holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in communications from Missouri State University. He is pursuing a doctorate in instructional leadership with an emphasis in higher education administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo.
