OTC and WGU Missouri to sign articulation agreement on Tues., May 27
WHO: Ozarks Technical Community College and WGU Missouri, a nonprofit, online university.
WHAT: Announcement of a new articulation agreement and benefits, including a tuition discount, for OTC students transferring to WGU Missouri.
WHEN: 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27.
WHERE: OTC Springfield inside Information Commons on the second floor in the Board Room.
WHY: Currently, only 36.4 percent of adult Missourians have finished a college degree. The new partnership agreement will help students pursue their bachelor’s degree by providing seamless transfer to WGU Missouri for Missouri community college students, including OTC graduates. WGU Missouri Chancellor Dr. Angie Besendorfer and OTC leaders will discuss the agreement and how it benefits OTC students, as well as answer media questions.
