Ozarks Technical Community College will mark the opening of two new multi-million dollar facilities with special ceremonies next week. The OTC Table Rock Campus grand opening event will be Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 10 a.m. The OTC Waynesville Center celebration will be Thursday, Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. The programs will include comments from city mayors and administrators, local school superintendents and area legislators. The OTC Table Rock Campus is located at 10698 Historic Highway 165 in Hollister. The $12 million facility features the four-story Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center, which offers students state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, a Student Services office, a library and student lounge/study areas. A community room is located on the top floor. The OTC Waynesville Center is located at 600 GW Lane Street in Waynesville, north of Interstate 44 and west of Waynesville High School. The $5 million state-of-the-art structure offers a variety of general, technical and non-credit courses. It features 11 classrooms, computer labs, two science labs, a student commons area and a quiet study space for students. The 2013 fall semester at Ozarks Technical Community College, including both facilities, begins Monday, Aug. 19.
