Four students from Ozarks Technical Community College earned medals at the SkillsUSA Championships, held June 20-24 in Louisville, Ky. Approximately 6,000 career and technical education students competed in 100 different trade, technical and leadership fields at the annual competition. The SkillsUSA Championships took place as part of the SkillsUSA 52nd annual National Leadership and Skills Conference.
More than 20 OTC students participated in the 2016 SkillsUSA Championships. They advanced to the national competition by winning the Missouri SkillsUSA competition held in April. The following OTC students won national championship medals:
