Five area leaders have joined the Board of Directors of the OTC Foundation, the fundraising arm of Ozarks Technical Community College. Steve Plaster, owner and CEO of Evergreen Investments LLC, Bob Beine, owner of Beine Automotive Group with dealerships in Republic and Carthage, Jim Towery, president of Steelman Transportation, Neal Spencer, managing partner of BKD, and John Lambert, president of Missouri Insulation & Supply, Inc., have each been chosen to serve on the Board of Directors.
“The involvement of local business and industry leaders is vital to the operations of the OTC Foundation,” said Cliff Davis, executive director of the OTC Foundation and the College’s vice president for Institutional Advancement. “In just a few short years, the Foundation has already made a significant impact on our students and on the College as a whole, and we look forward to working with these new Board members as we continue to grow.”
The OTC Foundation works to coordinate regional resources into a broad-based financial support network for the College and its students. Currently engaged in its first-ever Major Gifts Capital Campaign, the Foundation continues to grow, raising money toward student scholarships, program development, and other improvements for the College.
