Mark Haseltine, partner of Springer and Haseltine, has been selected as the new chair of the Board of Directors for the OTC Foundation, the fundraising arm of Ozarks Technical Community College. Outgoing chair, Branson Mayor Raeanne Presley, served in the position during the 2013-2014 fiscal year. The transition was finalized at the May meeting of the OTC Foundation Board of Directors.

“We are grateful to Mayor Presley for her service and leadership over the past year,” said Cliff Davis, vice chancellor and executive director of the OTC Foundation. “I look forward to working with Mr. Haseltine as we continue to develop a strong foundation for the college.”

The OTC Foundation Board has also chosen John Gentry, president of Positronic Industries, to serve as its vice-chair. Jim Towery, owner of Steelman Transportation, will serve as treasurer, and Paul Sundy, restaurateur and entrepreneur, will serve as secretary.

In addition to choosing new leadership, the board has also selected four new members: Brad Brown, owner of Missouri Eagle; Voncille Elmer with Megerian Rug Company; Grant Haden, managing partner of Haden, Cowherd and Bullock; and Mark McFatridge, president and CEO of Metropolitan National Bank.

The OTC Foundation, established in 1995, works to meet the ever-increasing needs of Ozarks Technical Community College through the funding of scholarships, new programs and capital improvement projects. The foundation awarded more than 250 scholarships to OTC students during the 2012-2013 school year.
