OTC and University of Maryland University College to announce online academic agreement

Ozarks Technical Community College and University of Maryland University College will hold a signing ceremony on Monday, November 29, at 9:30 a.m., for a new transfer agreement between OTC Online and UMUC. The ceremony will be held in the Board of Trustees Room on OTC’s Springfield campus, 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway.

The agreement is designed to provide for a seamless transfer for qualified Ozarks Technical Community College students into UMUC.  Dr. Hal Higdon, president of OTC, and Dr. Susan Aldridge, president of UMUC, will be present for the ceremony, as well as other officials and online program leaders from both institutions.
