Students at the OTC Richwood Valley campus, as well as the public, can now enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch at the new Cafe 101, which is in operation on the Christian County campus.

Chick-fil-A sandwiches are the featured product at the cafe, the only location in Christian County to offer the popular products.

“We’ve had a very good reception to the new cafe and Chick-fil-A, its another step we are taking to make OTC Richwood Valley a full-service campus,” said David Hoffman, college director of the OTC Bookstore and auxiliary services.

Prior to the opening of Caf 101, students on campus and the public working in the general area had limited lunch choices nearby.

In addition to the Chick-fil-A sandwiches being offered Monday through Thursday, Cafe 101 also offers Nathans Famous hot dogs, Metro Deli sandwiches, wraps and salads, hot breakfast items and a selection of coffees Monday through Friday.

Caf 101s hours are 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday.

“We invite the public to come by and try a sandwich,” Hoffman said.

The OTC Richwood Valley campus is located on the north side of Highway 14 less than two miles west of Highway 65.
